Under the direction of Michael Draz, Beverly Hills Hospitality Group has acquired three properties in the City of Dana point at the corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Dana Point Harbor Drive. The three units put together from for a very prominent and unique property at the gateway to the city, Doheny State Beach and the Harbor.

When Michael Draz, founder of Beverly Hills Hospitality Group, first visited Dana Point for a friend's daughter's wedding at the St. Regis Monarch Beach, he fell in love with the city and decided to a build a hotel there.

Proposal Under Review For Dana Point Hotel

It has been more than 2 years since a proposal for a 258-room hotel of Dana Point generated hundred of letter and emails in opposition but the project is back in the public spotlight.

Hot New Hotel

Dana Point will have a swanky new 250-room hotel if the city and the California Coastal Commission approve plans for the Doheny Hotel on Pacific Coast Highway at Dana Point Harbor Drive near Lantern Bay Park and Doheny State Beach. The two-to-five story hotel, designed as two arms on either side of a swimming pool, would replace the quaint, Spanish-style 250-room Dana Point Harbor Inn.
